Tim Farrell

As a U.S. Marine Corps Vietnam Veteran and employee of the federal government for over 30 years, Tim founded Veterans4You LLC in 2012. The company is a certified SDVOSB and has their offices and warehouse in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. As the President and C.E.O. of Veterans4You, Tim developed the company into being a source for strategic recruitment, retention and recognition programs for all branches of the military as well as global corporations and nonprofit organizations. As a relationship driven marketing and sales professional, Tim believes in building and empowering teams to deliver unprecedented bottom line results.

time-ferrelmilitaryFollowing my service in the U.S. Marine Corps. Tim received his degree from Illinois Central College in Business Management. A resident of Peoria, Illinois for over 35 years, Tim worked for the USPS focusing on marketing, operations, distribution strategies (development of Express Mail) and Public Affairs. During these years, Tim was also a successful small business owner and remained active and committed to the military and Veteran communities central Illinois. For over 25 years, I served on the Board of Directors for the Chapel Ministries in Peoria and many Veteran organizations.

His deep commitment to his business, Veterans4You, provides Veteran mentoring, employment and outreach to the newest generation of Veterans who seek entrepreneurial environments to work within. While career focused, Tim is very active personally in Landmark Worldwide Education, the Mission United Board/United Way Advisory Board, the Army Recruiting Advisory Board, Faith Farms and the Foundation that he created. Tim and his wife Lulu reside in Pompano Beach, Florida and have two daughters. My personal interests are based on serving others through my church, the Somebody Loves You Foundation, Board participation and military organizations such as D.A.V., Vietnam Veterans of America, the AIMVI (American Indian Memorial Vietnam Initiative), MWR Southern Command, 22 a Day and Fleet Week.
